Announcing the 10th Festival of Migrant Film
This year’s Festival of Migrant Film will take place from the 17th until the 20th of June 2019 in Ljubljana and elsewhere around Slovenia.
The 17 films shown will include relevant stories about the reasons for leaving, the European asylum policy and closing the borders of rich countries. With the films and guest contributions we are appealing for a consideration on current migration policy and offering a different view on the topic from people who are staying behind border fences in inhumane conditions – or dying in the waves.
