Panah is the story of teenage boy who lives in a remote village in the central desert of Iran. He does everything for the people of his village, who are severely dependent on him. At the same time, he thinks about his own future and is torn between staying in the village and leaving.
about the author
Ahmad Bahrami was born in 1972 in Iran. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in cinema directing. In 2010 he participaded in Abbas Kiarostami’s Filmmaking Workshops in Iran. Panah is his first film.
