We come from different countries, speak different languages, we differ in our religion, beliefs or memories, but almost anywhere in the world we eat – bread. With or without yeast, baked on a plate or in an oven … we connect and get to know one another over bread. All this happened at the Bread Festival, introducing six types of bread from five countries: Afgan naan, Eritrean injera, Iranian barbari and kelane, Syrian khobes and Slovenian bread with “droži”.
